I've been with them for quite some time, and the dedication they put into implementing their software is rare in the software industry. They're a European company, and I'm proud of that. They're pioneers in using artificial intelligence for video editing and continue to enhance the platform and its features without forgetting their early supporters. I highly recommend this solid product. One caveat: the platform is particularly useful for those who create first-person style videos like YouTube comments or similar content. It's great for product reviews and especially online courses. It might not be 100% suitable for traditional video editing, so it caters to a very specific user base. But for this subset of users, they are exceptional. Who knows, maybe in the future their AI will be able to do their magic on standard video editing as well. I highly recommend it. Another note: their customer support has proven to be top-notch, improving over time. ### ★★★★★ Hours Saved, Quality Gained! - Vijay · 2026-05-28 OneTake has completely transformed my editing workflow! The automatic editing feature saves me hours of tedious manual work and time I can now spend creating more content. The voice clarity enhancement is fantastic; my audio sounds noticeably cleaner and more professional. Plus, they've introduced AI B-roll, which I haven't tested yet, but it looks like an absolute game-changer. If you're looking to streamline your editing process without sacrificing quality, this tool is a no-brainer. Highly recommended ### ★★★★★ I love the app because it simplifies… - Manuel Juban · 2026-04-24 I love the app because it simplifies the way I create educational materials and provides updates to my customers. I mainly use it for pitch and sales calls, making it easier for clients to understand my products and services. I highly recommend it to founders and sales professionals who frequently share information with their customers or create educational materials and courses. ### ★★★★☆ Good product - Denise BELLAY · 2026-04-08 Good product. It helps me a lot to level up my videos. The translations are on point and save me a lot of time. It's not perfect but always improving, so I am confident and keep a fifth star for another time. Everytime I complain for anything the support takes it in charge and resolve my problem very quickly. I recommand it for lazy and unskilled people like me who don't wanna waste time on videos editing. But you'll have lots of fun using it if you are experienced. > 商家回复 (2026-04-08): We're super happy to hear this Denise, and glad that OneTake helps you level up your videos! ### ★☆☆☆☆ BAD SUPPORT & EDITOR & APP - I'm super angry - Lars Krüger · 2024-10-14 I'm super angry. Since I've been working with One Take, it doesn't work at all. It is super, super error prone. It is slow and doesn't work properly. Depending on how you edit the videos with the editor, the editor crashes or is extremely slow. Even if you make small adjustments, they are not implemented correctly and texts disappear. The support is also bad. In general, there is no response. The support chat is a disaster. There is no way to report bugs or chat directly with an agent. There are only pre-made answers and you don't get feedback on support tickets. Instead, the solution is promoted again and again and you are invited to webinars where there are updates. Which updates? The solution doesn't work to this day. Lately, I haven't been able to upload videos. No matter which videos I've tried to upload, I can't upload them anymore. I advise everyone to invest in this solution because it is not mature. ### ★★★★★ Revolutionary tool for creation and video editing… - Michelle DEPRE · 2024-04-12 Revolutionary tool for creation and editing video, OneTake AI is game changer for: creating video, editing, managing transcripts, translating them in other langages than the native one. Extract short for social media. All branding aspect are integrated: logo, color Style of video format can be choosen depending on social media we want to push it. And The One Take Tchat, know all about our environment through all our video. So the answer of the prompt are related to my business.
