We understand how disappointing it must have been to lose your funded accounts, especially after all the effort you put into your trading. However, after carefully reviewing your case with the funding partner, it was confirmed that your funded accounts violated the Dynamic Scaling Rule. As stated in the funding agreement and on our website, all funded traders are required to follow this rule at all times. A breach of the Dynamic Scaling Rule results in the immediate termination of the funded account, regardless of whether it occurs once or multiple times. Additionally, you have received a warning for a previous rule violation in the past and this is your second strike, which has resulted in the termination of your accounts. You exceeded the maximum permitted position size on all three funded accounts. Whether the excess was by one micro contract or ten full contracts does not change the fact that the Dynamic Scaling Rule was breached. You have successfully received multiple payouts in the past without any issues because your account was in full compliance. That is how the process is meant to work. We completely understand your concern about the 10 minimum trading days during the Evaluation. That said, this requirement is part of the Evaluation rules and is in place for all traders. It was actually 15 minimum trading days before, but we reduced it to 10 based on customer feedback to make the Evaluation more flexible while still keeping the process fair for everyone. Regarding micro contracts, during the Evaluation, each micro contract counts the same as one standard contract. While 10:1 micro scaling isn't available at this stage, it is a feature you can request once you're on a Funded Trading account. You may check this link for more details: https://help.oneuptrader.com/article/468-most-popular-questions While Tradovate isn't currently one of our supported platforms, you can absolutely use NinjaTrader, as it's one of the platforms we support.
