Still have not received my product, and been getting the run around with support @ onwddarefy.com ,

" We’ve checked the delivery status with local post.
The package is signed and marked delivered, postcode matches your order address, delivery was completed correctly.

Dear Customer,

Thank you very much for your reply and for sharing your concerns with us.
We fully understand your frustration regarding the undelivered package and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this delivery issue has caused you.
After extensive internal discussion and coordination, and taking your specific situation into account, our customer service team has secured special approval for you. We will cover some fee ourselves, but you will only need to cover some product cost to have the order reshipped. This is a solution we worked hard to secure.
Please send the total amount: 13.07 USD
to this PayPal account: Rheazin6 @ outlook.com
(We strongly recommend using the original account for the transfer, as this will help us confirm receipt as quickly as possible.)
Once payment is complete, please send us a screenshot of the transaction.
Additionally, please provide an accurate shipping address to ensure the second package is delivered successfully.

As soon as we receive your complete and correct address details and the payment screenshot, we will immediately arrange for the new package to be shipped.
Thank you very much for your understanding and patience. Please feel free to let us know if you have any further questions.

Best regards,
Customer Service Team"'"

### ★★★☆☆ Feels like a prototype
- Eric Fromen · 2026-08-26

Item tracking was completely inaccurate. The device itself looks and feels very much like a prototype. Very cheap thin materials. Despite its poor construction, the device did in fact properly sharpen a few stubborn blades I have. With slightly better construction, a sharpening plate that doesn’t flex and angle guides that actually slide with the blade movement. This product would receive 5 stars. It will not last long. The cheap plastic material is already coming off from the friction of the sharpening action. Once the knife is sharp, you must clean the blade to remove the smeared plastic.

### ★★★★☆ Very good delivery...
