NICE SITE AND ORDERING PROCESS. HOWEVER, AFTER RECEIVING MY HP 6300 SWITCHES MANY OF THE J9177D MODULES WOULD NOT WORK IN THE SWITCH. SOME WORKED BUT MOST WOULD NOT BRING UP THE LINK. > 商家回复 (2026-09-28): Fast processing and clear communication are key to our daily operations, and we are glad that showed in your experience. Not really their fault because your goods have to go through customs, since they ship from China, but still one needs to consider thsi fact. > 商家回复 (2026-07-08): Thank you for your feedback. We are actively upgrading our shipping carriers and working with faster customs brokers to reduce international transit times. The local carrier, SpeedX, could not deliver my package in a timely fashion. SpeedX didn't contact me about the delays or address hints either. Actually, they don't have any phone or contact information; they offer only a chat bot. I contacted Optcore about the delay and asked them to nudge SpeedX. After two weeks of delayed delivery, Optcore proactively initiated the refund. I wouldn't hesitate buying from them next time. > 商家回复 (2026-06-03): Hi Ismail, Thank you so much for taking the time to share this and for your patience throughout the entire process! We’re glad we were able to get your order out quickly on our end, but we’re really sorry about the experience with SpeedX. The refund was the least we could do and we’ll be taking a much closer look at our carrier partners to make sure this doesn’t happen to other customers down the line. Thank you so much for understanding and we hope to have the opportunity to make it up to you. Looking forward to seeing you again soon! It was our first time using their service, and we were extremely pleased. Their website and purchasing process are easy and clear, their product is high quality, but I think the best thing about them was the efficiency of their communication and shipping. We paid for expedited shipping from China to our office in Mexico, and it arrived on the scheduled date without any problems. We will definitely buy from Optcore.com again, as we believe they offer good products at good prices and are a reputable company. We highly recommend them. > 商家回复 (2026-02-26): Dear Jorge, Thanks a lot for taking the time to share your experience with us! We are so happy to hear that your first purchase with Optcore went well.
