Good Morning, After going through the emails, I see our service team did handle the proper troubleshooting process needed to isolate an issue, and send a replacement device to you free of charge! As mentioned in those emails the devices location is reliant on the signal strength it is getting at that time, even with 100% GPS signal strength we expect anywhere from 15-30ft of margin of error. If the signal strength decreases that margin of error will of course increase. After checking over the account, I see the device that was sent out is reporting well over the past couple of days, if you are still experiencing any issues or need help setting anything on the account up, please don't hesitate to reach out to the support team!
