### ★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT ORDER
- Patricia Let · 2026-10-23

I placed an order it came as was nothing like the picture but to return it was £22 I emailed them and was told they are not paying to return even though it’s their fault so I’m stuck with a wrong order, they are also based in china but pose as an American company do not order

### ★☆☆☆☆ OQQ poor shopping experience, non responsive customer service
- MS · 2026-08-08

I made an order with OQQ with shipping to Israel. On the site Israel was an available option with free shipping.
The order was approved and paid for on full.
A few days later, I received an email from OQQ informing me that my order was cancelled and refunded - I never requested to cancel the order!
I sent an email to OQQ, asking why my order was canceled without any explanation. Days later I still have not received any reply.
The worse customer experience I have ever had shopping online! No reply at all, no explanation. Extremely disappointed.
Beware of shopping here, customer service is not a priority.

### ★☆☆☆☆ PLEASE DO NOT BUY
- S P · 2025-08-14

PLEASE DO NOT BUY: Products are cheap and transparent. They are not supportive or provide any of the results because the fabric is so thin. The button closures do not work. Company provides a “risk-free” guarantee and say they will give you 100% refund but they kept trying to negotiate a refund between 20 and 50% only. THIS IS A TERRIBLE PRODUCT. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and they have stepped in to refund. THE COMPANY HAS TURNED OFF COMMENTS ON THEIR ADS — enough said!

### ★☆☆☆☆ Avoid!!!
- Katie Platt · 2025-03-07

Heard their stuff was nice so ordered two pairs of shorts, one arrived correctly sized and the other two sizes too small. Tried the online chat waited 6 hours for a response, emailed and they want me to return them for a refund…at my expense. For their mistake. Nightmare to get hold of and I’m out of pocket with a pair of shorts that don’t fit. Don’t bother!!!!
