Delivery service, horrible. Order & quality, absolute garbage. They take thousands of days to respond, to ship and the arrival time as well. Would never recommend, also the website looks and operates like we’re in the 2000’s absolutely ridiculous experiences I’ve had with them, every time something new that just ends up costing me money, wether I like it or not. DO NOT EVER SHOP THERE!!! ### ★★★★☆ Good and easy to handle. - Peter · 2026-08-21 ### ★★★★★ Good customer service - timpi · 2026-05-29 Good customer service, quality is good and ordering is easy ### ★★★★★ The site is really good the quality too… - Johny Johny · 2026-05-26 The site is really good the quality too the prices are low really great site ### ★★★★★ Very Good - Joe Jackson · 2026-04-09 used in the past good delivery premium quality ### ★★★★☆ Orient dig is the best fast fashion… - Wissam KOUADIO · 2026-03-31 Orient dig is the best fast fashion website for me but the shipping is realy expensive ### ★☆☆☆☆ Terrible company…super shady - Robert · 2026-02-13 Terrible company…super shady. Customer support is terrible and will not do anything to ship my parcel. They have stolen 300 dollars from me. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for weeks. ### ★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT USE ORIENTDIG - Ronan · 2026-02-12 Genuinely one of the worst shipping agents. I purchased 10 products that weigh around 350 gram each. I was told the weight of the package cannot exceed 5000 gram. So 350x10 is 3500, which leaves about 3 pounds of room for packing and a box. About 2 weeks later, after they took 200 dollars from my credit card, they say the package weight is now 5300 grams. Somehow they used almost 4 pounds of packing material and a box. So now the package cannot be shipped, I had to pay them more money to remove one of the products from the order. It’s been over a week, and the package weight still has not been updated. Keep in mind they have already taken the money out of my account. Dealing with their customer service is a migraine as they barely speak English and repeat the same 5 phrases. No matter how quickly you reply they still take 24-48 hours to get back to you, and 90% of the time it’s not even remotely helpful. Completely shady company with shady business tactics. I would honestly just recommend using ACbuy or any other agent. ### ★★★★★ Best!! - Blamich Kitenga · 2026-02-12 Best!!! Nowwww!!!! ### ★☆☆☆☆ Holy 💩 - jisunknown · 2026-02-08 Holy 💩. Genuinely wasted my money on the BS. It’s been a month since I ordered and it still hasn’t arrived. I thought I would be saving money by buying at Orient.dig but this has to be the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Honestly the agent is weird AF and not giving any solutions, refunds, or my long sleeve. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Pretty sure I just got scammed. ### ★★★★★ Commande simple à faire - Jerome Gosselin · 2026-01-31 Commande simple à faire ### ★★★★★ Amazing agent to use - Axel Wilson · 2026-01-31 helpful agents, easy to use ### ★★★★★ very good i am satisfy - Ivan Iliev · 2026-01-31 very good i am satisfy ### ★★★★★ It’s a good website with good customer… - Alan Russell · 2026-01-09 It’s a good website with good customer service ### ★★★★★ Great i recommend - Crafty Clips · 2026-01-08 Great i recommend ### ★★★★★ My second Orientdig order - Mark Manasijevic · 2025-12-17 Second time ordering and the parcel has been shipped now. I am waiting a lil longer because of the time of the year, but other things went smoothly... surely buying more in the future.
