OSIM does not remind customers when annual servicing is due—you have to call and request it yourself. They also assign a fixed weekday for each area, with only one special Saturday request allowed. If you can’t be home on the designated day, that’s simply your problem. For such an expensive product, I expected much better service. Is expensive chair and yet I bought various product at osim. U just name it 70% I have it their product. And yet I use the chair not even twice in a year.. The chrome part that scan my hand the chrome oxidized... Because I have no time to call or need to change..this round I when to the osim store and ask them why can be happened. The sales person ask me to take the picture of that..and the sales person give to the head quarter.. And than they don't said anything and yet call us to paid ..we explained and they just ignore.. And yet said again about the amount. I very disappointed and treat the customer..the service just keep quiet and just said about the replacement and the amount. If the staffs are not happy they should not work in the store. We were left alone most of the time and seems like the staffs were reluctant to allow us to use the machines. Even the machines are not used by any customers. What kind of service is this? OSIM brand is out for me now. We visited the store at 1.55pm on 02 AUG and now 2.01pm the machines are available which you may look at the CCTV. The after-sale support are terrible,even the store still selling the model but no spare part and non-service, it's doesn't make sense, customer bought a $400+ eye massager only can use for a year. Bought the chair at the gamescom and everything was fine. Then unfortunately my power cable for the massage function broke. So I mailed them to find out which one I need to buy. Its an exclusive osim cable which can be only bought from osim. Ok, then I wanted to have the link to purchase it online. YOU CANT. YOURE LITERALLY SUPPOSED TO FLY TO THEIR HQ TO BUY A POWER CABLE!!!!! I'm not kidding, this is exactly what they told me. Can only recommend to all of you to stay as far away as possible from this company!!! Because if only the smallest thing breaks, it gets completey useless for you. The power plug has malfunctioned twice already, causing short circuits each time. This isn't just inconvenient—it feels unsafe to have such issues with a device like this. To make matters worse, the Bluetooth system on the chair doesn't have a password. This means anyone nearby can connect to it. On multiple occasions, I've been startled awake by random noises coming from the chair, which is the last thing you'd expect from something designed for comfort. Instead of being a source of relaxation, this chair has been a source of stress. I expected much better quality and security for the price.
