Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers truly love the wide selection of clothing and appreciate how super easy the website is to navigate when browsing and placing orders. People frequently mention that the online purchasing process is completely straightforward, and they find the overall transaction very smooth and secure.
Some reviewers were not happy with the delivery times, noting that shipping can sometimes be quite slow and cause unexpected delivery delays. A few consumers also experienced frustrating issues with sizing discrepancies, or noted that items occasionally failed to arrive entirely.
I never received the items I ordered. Despite being told that the items were in transit, they sat in a city about an hour from my home for two weeks. I was repeatedly told to reach out to the shipper for updated information, which I did. Despite this, the shipper NEVER delivered, and I was told that the items were going to be "disposed of" because they were undeliverable. Now, I am attempting to get a full refund because I NEVER received anything except a run-around. Ourtb offered me approximately $20 less than I originally paid (which I refused) and then they came back and offered a little more. Unbelievable! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I would say no stars if I could! Do not order from this place if you live in the US!! I ordered a sweater for my son in XL, it’s more of a size Medium and the quality is awful!! I asked for a refund and they first offered me $3, then offered me $11. I paid $33 and change plus shipping. I asked for $33 refund they said shipping is expensive but go ahead and ship it back at your expense then we will give you a refund. So buyer beware this is not a company you want to deal with. They are out of China
Love the shirt selection and size variations. Funny themes. Great prices for good quality shirts. Highly recommend purchasing. Shipping is on the slow side so leave time for that.
I had trouble ordering. When I finally got thru, I had ordered 2 hats but the order only showed one so I had to order another one separately. Does that mean I have to pay for shipping Twice???
Purchased shirt online 11/21/2025 never arrived. Website now showing no record of my purchase. Of course Customer Service on web site is not working. SCAM.
