The parts they sent for assembly did not work. Stripped screws. Can’t finish the project. I sent a video to them. No results. Then I go back to look at all the reviews on the site, which came only through a third party and customers can’t post them on their site. Deceptive because they would not have all of these good reviews. I want to send all this stuff back. I am beyond frustrated > 商家回复 (2026-09-03): We’re sorry for the frustration this has caused. After reviewing the video you provided, it appears that one piece of hardware included with your furniture was the incorrect size, preventing you from completing the assembly. We have arranged to overnight a complete replacement hardware packet so that you have everything needed to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We understand how frustrating it is to be unable to finish assembling a purchase you were looking forward to using, and we are committed to getting this corrected for you promptly. ### ★★★★★ Less expensive then Amazon - FRANK STALLONE · 2026-08-03 · 已验证 I decided to price around the Arbor and founded less expensive at Outdoor Furniture Plus. ### ★★★★★ Very honest and helpful folks - C.Dill · 2026-08-01 · 已验证 Very honest and helpful folks.
