I was not happy with the item I received. I emailed the company and they quickly responded to understand my concerns. They have addressed my concerns and are allowing me to replace with another item. I wanted to take time to write this review because I had such a great experience. We tend to not submit the good reviews only the bad reviews….This was my first purchase from this company I received my merchandise in a timely manner, actually sooner than I expected The garment looked pretty close to what the picture had shown I inspected the Quality seem to be favorable, but however, I had to return the garment because the sizing did not work for my body type. I ordered a pair of brown fringed pants that look nothing like the pictures and were about 3 inches too short. When I asked to return them they said, no returns... even though they clearly state that they accept them. They have offered to re-send another item and after realizing that I would not be getting any help witht a return, I chose another outfit. I have very low expectations on the quality of my next outfit.

I received my order of a 2-piece skirt and sweater set. I usually wear a medium; however in this case it fit like a size large. I contacted customer support on Sunday, and on Monday morning I received a response and suggestions as to how to resolve the problem. They were very polite and helpful, and took care of everything that day. I definitely recommend this company and plan to continue shopping with them in the future.

I bought a dress that I love and have gotten so many compliments on. Then bought a little tennis outfit which I love. The third item did not fit at all and the team was so wonderful in providing an exchange for that item. I so appreciate their dedication to making it all right for their clients. The customer service of Oyrosy has been superb. I purchased a beautiful suit that i received and was so large that it was falling off Had purchased a small since the website description stated that the item ran small).…i sent Oyrosy’s customer service and email expressing my discontent. The next day I received a response, saying that they would replace the item with an extra small. I asked how best to return the merchandise that did not fit and they stated that i should keep it and the new outfit would be sent out promptly with no shipping charge. They couldn’t have been nicer and I look forward to receiving the new merchandise.

I ordered two items and after receiving them. One of my items it was to small. There were a few back and forth emails.. However, we managed to come together on a new item .. They decided to sent a replacement order after no additional charge.. I was very disappointed. However, Customer service step in and now I’m satisfied. I have ordered three suits. After a long wait I have received on. The suit is nice. Not St. John quality, not St. John price. However, I think for the quality it is overpriced. I ordered a XS. The skirt is a little big. Hopefully the other two I ordered will fit better. I will probably not order again because they are overpriced.

This is my second purchase from Oyrosy. Unfortunately, one item was too small so I contacted Customer Service. They responded within 24 hours and have sorted the problem. The clothing is exactly as advertised. I recommend buying from this company...lovely clothes
