Shipping took over 3 weeks. When it arrived it did not match the picture. The jacket was beige with pink toned cuffs and collar. The jacket fell all the way below the hips. When I attempted to return it, I had to take pictures and send them in which was fine. The company said that I ordered the size and there was nothing that they could do except return 20% of the cost of the jacket. Received the item, and certainly does not have a perceived value of $49.99 My biggest peeve when I want to issue my complaint. The thank-you card included with the shipment had a website for support, but my emails were returned with a failure notice 3 times.
