You’re absolutely right to be upset, and we take full responsibility for the warehouse error. We will arrange a full refund for your order and will ensure this doesn’t happen again. While rare, mistakes like this are never acceptable, and we’re improving our internal checks to prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Seems mine went from IL. to Los Angeles and still has not made it to Houston. No word from the company about this problem. > 商家回复 (2025-04-22): We are very sorry that the transportation has caused you any unpleasantness. We are extremely sorry. However, due to trade and tariffs, the number of packages people have purchased recently has increased significantly, causing excessive pressure on logistics companies to transport packages, and the transportation time will be longer than before. Hope you can understand.
