I got the wrong set and every time I have attempted to contact them, they never reply with anything other than an automated response. My issue has never been resolved and now I have a set I do not want. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I did not get anything that I ordered! - Castilla Christine · 2026-09-06 > 商家回复 (2026-09-22): Hi Castilla, We’re very sorry to hear that you did not receive your orders. We understand how frustrating this must be. We’ve reviewed the shipping records associated with the orders we believe may be yours, and the carrier currently shows the shipment as delivered. However, we understand that a “delivered” status does not always mean the package was successfully received by the customer. We have tried to contact you directly but have not yet been able to confirm the correct contact details. We’ve therefore also sent you a request through Trustpilot so we can verify your order details and investigate this properly. Please respond to the Trustpilot information request, or contact us at service@paintbynumbersart.com with your order number. We’d really like the opportunity to find out what happened and work toward a solution. — Lam ### ★★☆☆☆ Ordered 4 paintings and a set of… - Adam Morse · 2026-09-05 Ordered 4 paintings and a set of brushes. Brushes were an add on. Brushes have arrived but no painting. I have no tracking information for painting but brushes had a tracking number. I haven’t been able to get any response or information what happened to them. PayPal started an investigation but said it could take 3 weeks. Was very excited to get started to see how much I would enjoy this, but so far pretty let down. It says they shipped the 26th, again no tracking and still not here on 9/5 > 商家回复 (2026-09-22): Hi Adam, We’re very sorry again for the shipping delay and the lack of clear tracking updates you experienced with your order. We completely understand how frustrating it was to receive the brushes separately while waiting for the four paintings. Since your review was posted, we have continued following the shipment and our latest tracking information shows that the paintings have now been delivered. We’ve also reached out to you directly to make sure all four paintings arrived safely and that there are no remaining issues with your order. We sincerely apologize that the shipping and communication did not meet the standard we want to provide. We appreciate your patience and hope you’re finally able to enjoy the paintings you were looking forward to. If there is anything still missing or any issue with the order, please reply to our email or contact us at service@paintbynumbersart.com and we’ll be happy to help. — Lam ### ★★★★★ As usual the paint quality is great - Michael Wright · 2026-09-05 As usual the paint quality is great. The painting is very intricate and took a long time to do but I enjoyed every minute of it. Great finished product. ### ★★★★★ Loved the product and their customer service! - Elizabeth Reppeto · 2026-06-25 I am new to doing paint by numbers and wasn't sure I would like it. I am now addicted to it. The painting canvas and brushes arrived timely and I love how it turned out when I was done. I would definitely recommend it to friends. Some words of wisdom: buy the white cover up paint for the numbers, and add distilled water drops the moment you open the paint pot, (when you are in a hot climate the water helps the paint stay unclotted). Buy the extra really really small 00000 pt paint brushes up front, you will be doing yourself a favor! --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/paintbynumbersart.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/paintbynumbersart.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
