Needed to download some previously uploaded photos of which I had no other backup of and which had sat dormant for 3 years. I couldn't see an option to download them, so I tried the live chat - Poh answered my questions and e-mailed me the source files within about 20 minutes of my first message.

I had been using this software for a while. From quite an introductory Virtual Tour to what it is now, an interactive Virtual Viewing Software. Even with the multiple functions and capabilities, most important, it is very user-friendly and won't take up a lot of my time to use it. Set Up can be done like as fast as 10 mins only. To me, I feel this should be an essential tool for all real estate agents.
I am a realtor who is not tech savvy. I have tried several software and found Panoroo amazing. It is really easy to use and reasonably priced. I learnt how to use the product within 10 minutes. What is really legendary is their support, Their on demand tutorial helped me understand how to use use tool easily. Love the ease of use although I'm not a professional in the area of videography or such. The functions and features are very well-thought of, functional and easy to use. It really shows the developers have gone on the ground to really understand what is/are needed to solve the headaches/problems of people trying to do their own virtual tours!! That's what apps are for - to solve pains and headaches not to create more from the use of it!
