I ordered a ring from this company, but what I ordered was completely different from what I got. It supposed to have a pearl on it, an instead of that has round plastic thing, so awful. It cost me 14.00 usd, and when I asked for a refund they told me they will refund me 4.00 usd, because they need to me liable for the losses of the product and money. What losses??? They gave me a crappy ring, not what I paid for! Unbelievable! Don't order from this people, they are just scammers.
I love the bracelet, They are very well made. I am from the Serpant blood line so they appeal too me.
Avoid buying anything from this company. Rings were massive and made from brass and plastic and not 925 silver as advertised. Getting daily emails firstly offering $2 dollars refund and keep the junk. That is .2p, not even 1p. Now it’s gone up to offering $23 which is £2.50 which I keep refusing as I paid £50 that would be $455. Now they want me to return rings by registered post pointing out I will lose 10% of the refund from their bank. Have informed them I do not trust they will refund me after I spend money posting sham goods back. Avoid these scammers and jokers and save your money.

Don’t fall for this scam. I had ordered two bracelets, after almost a month I was advised that the shipping company lost the package and I have to wait for a replacement of my order. I finally received one of the two bracelets I ordered and suppose to wait for the second one because the other was also lost by the shipping company. The quality of the product is very poor and what I received is not even close to what I saw in the picture. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS POST
First time ordering from your site and hope I am happy with my purchase, also I would really like to confirm that these purchases are real sterling silver. I ordered the wrap ring in the past from Esty and realised the ring wasn’t sterling silver. But I have viewed your site before and fell in love with your designs if I am happy with my purchase and you are still around in a few months I will definitely order again.
