I didn't like receiving a 5% discount in the mail and then it couldn't be applied. It's not about saving money, it's about having something that you just sent to us in the mail and then an error appears.
Made my order easily- no problems
Plating is going away within a week
I placed many orders, unfortunately all items are turning from silver to copper or brass. The plating was too thin to last more than a week. I sent emails to show the distributor with photos, but no reaction. The design is nice, but No quality to last more than few days.

Cheap products
Very bad experience. Bought a bracelet in September and after 3 uses it broke. Asked support if there was any assistance and they told me that the policy was only for the first 30 days. They told me the solution was “if you need, buy again”! Yes of course I would buy again if the material is good, but it’s cheep as hell. So I’m not going to buy and I DONT RECOMMEND. And a heads up, AliExpress sells the products for 1/3 of the price.
Nazi symbol
If my review is really important to you, I don't understand why you use the design of some of your products with the Nazi symbol, it is disrespectful and should not be in 2023 anywhere in the world. Hope you will consider removing this mark from your products. Best regards, Ofir

Big Disappointment scammer Panymore
In early Sept I ordered 2 size 6 Climbing High on the Mountain rings for our 2 daughters to give them on National Daughters Day. It took such a long wait! When they finally came they were both Size 7 and neither had been gift boxed including a card explaining the meaning of the rings like the Ad on Panymore claimed they would. I have tried for weeks through many emails asking for this order to be corrected. They asked for bar codes on the bags they came in. I have sent these to supportpanymore per email several times and heard NOTHING back!! This company is a scam!! Do not use them! I tried nicely to try to ask them to correct what was their mistake and they don't even have the courtesy to get back in touch with me and correct the problem!! I am notifying my Pay Pal who I used to pay for these rings and reporting these scammers!! I am DONE with Panymore!!

The product presentation was excellent (Coke Bottle cap). The process of buying was speedy and effective. I really like the look and the design of the pendant we bought and I look forward to receiving it and hoping that it is as presented. Update: recieved the silver Coke cap. It is exactly what I expected and we're very happy. Still not sure if it is 925 silver but this price I don't think it's too important

I placed 2 orders with Panymore, they showed an option to pay 10$ for an express 10-15 days delivery 1) They have a huge delay and customer service Ian is full of lies!! 2) they decided without informing me to ship my order in 2 separate shipment and did not inform me until 10 days passed after dispatching the first parcel and let me think my full order is on the way 3) received the first delivery and the bracelet is completely different Vs the photo and description and when communicated with Ian in customer service he kept playing me right & left with a different stories everyday and then offered to compensate me with 13$. To conclude, false promised delivery date, poor and very manipulating and waste of time customer service and poor quality products and I will never repeat this mistake and buy from Panymore anymore!
