What a waste of money and time. The first edit I've got took much longer than expected (5 instead of 3 days of original estimate - which is very slow), and edits were unsatisfactory - majority of edits are mechanical and unnecessary, and there were noticeable errors not fixed. Sure, the quality of edits can be low or may even be subject to interpretation, but the biggest problem with this experience was the lack of communication and then extreme rudeness of the agent. An agent basically kept yelling at me during a phone call. Definitely one of the worst service experiences in my life. I quickly realized it was a waste of time so I cut my cost, stopped interacting with them. Please do not waste your money and time, and stick to more established businesses.

I liked most of the recommendations and changes the editor suggested. One suggestion I didn't take because it didn't fit with the meaning of the content. But the others were good suggestions and the corrections were helpful.
PaperTrue delayed my paper so I expected good quality of document. However, my paper didn't change a lot (just changed few words). I'm frustrating why I paid $22 for editing just few words.

Their editing and prices are amazing. I gave them a rough draft (really rough draft) and did not expect that my paper will barely have any editing marks or changes. For me, this is a good sign because I know that my papers will be great even at the first draft level. Having PaperTrue to make you realize that is amazing! If I believe that any of my papers need a whole edit, I will use PaperTrue services again. For communication, this is the only website that I came upon that had a chat box to chat with people from the site. It made it easier to decide if I wanted to pay for the services.
