We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it can be when luck isn't on your side. Please keep in mind that all of our games operate using certified random number generators (RNGs), meaning every spin and game outcome is completely random and cannot be influenced. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future, and we wish you better luck on your next visit.
