After checking the records and the conversations we had with you over email and over the phone, since the return instructions were shared on 06/12/2026 and as you were responsible for shipping, it was specified that you had to provide us with the tracking number to follow the return, but you have never given us that tracking number. Until today, requesting us to find the tracking number because you do not have it, which, as we are not the carrier and we do not have access to their system, it´s imposible for us to locate it or confirm if the package was returned. From our experience, customers do not have a problem whenever they request the invoice and the tracking at the post office of the corresponding carrier. Please feel free to contact us once you have the tracking number to locate the package.
