I never received my order and there've been no updates since the order confirmation email - almost 2 months ago. They did, however, quickly remove the $50+ dollars from my account! Extremely dissatisfied. So, after I posted this review, I received the email posted here... Wonderful, I thought. Except, it's almost two months later and there's never been a refund. Seriously, don't trust your money to this company. A few days after the update posted above, I received an apology and full refund from Patch & Bagel.
