We're happy you're getting the things you need to do completed! While we don't have an employer copy that is printed of the paystubs, the Payroll register report will show all of your employee pay details. You can print each pay stub from their if you don't like digital copies. (2026-07-15): Thank you for giving Patriot Payroll a try! We’re so glad to hear you’ve found the software easy to use and our customer support helpful. We also appreciate your honest feedback about Accounting. While it may not be the right fit for your business today, we’d be happy to welcome you back to explore it again in the future. (2026-07-10): Thank you Steve! We're happy that you are getting the support you deserve. (2026-07-10): Thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re glad the answers have been helpful and that you’ve been able to connect with a team member when needed. We also appreciate you pointing out the communication gap around the QuickBooks payroll export. You should not have to discover a helpful feature by accident, especially when it can save you from creating manual journal entries for multiple clients. Be sure to check out our Help Center for step-by-step instructions, product updates, and information about features you may not have come across yet. (2026-07-10): Thank you for the 5 star review. We appreciate your review! (2026-07-10): We’re sorry to hear your experience has been frustrating. We were unable to locate an email regarding onboarding assistance, but want to help. Please look for a friendly message from us so we can help you finish onboarding and answer any questions. (2026-07-10): Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We understand that moving from software you’ve used for 30 years can make differences in navigation and workflow especially noticeable. We’re sorry the logout behavior and report-loading speed have been frustrating. That is not the experience we want you to have, and we’ll share your comments with our product team as we continue working to improve the software’s usability and performance. We’re glad our support team has been responsive and that the chat option has been helpful. We’d also welcome your other suggestions whenever you’re ready to share them. Customer feedback helps us understand where the software is creating unnecessary extra steps. (2026-07-10): Thank you for your kind review Dineen!
