Once a refund is released by PayLaterr, the remaining processing time is entirely dependent on the consumer’s financial institution. In most cases, refunds post within 5–7 business days; however, when a bank dispute or chargeback has been initiated, the timeframe may extend to 10–15 business days or longer, based on the bank’s investigation process. Unfortunately, PayLaterr does not have the ability to expedite or override this timeline. With respect to the claim of losses, PayLaterr is unable to verify or assume responsibility for any alleged losses, as the delay resulted from required billing verification and third-party banking procedures outside of our direct control. At this time, no additional action is required from PayLaterr. We recommend the consumer continue working directly with their financial institution for updates regarding the refund status.
