Thank you for reaching out to us, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the extremely frustrating experience you've had trying to get support for PDF Element on your iPad. You are absolutely right to expect responsive and accessible customer service for a product you've paid for. We are very sorry that we have not met that expectation, leaving you feeling unsupported. This is not the standard we wish to uphold. To ensure your issue is resolved directly and promptly, please kindly contact us via the in-app Feedback so that we can further check this issue for you. Thank you for your valuable feedback. It helps us identify where we need to improve. We hope to have the opportunity to assist you properly and restore your faith in our product.

Thank you for your positive feedback! We're thrilled to hear Wonder Element Pro meets your expectations and offers great value compared to Adobe Acrobat.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We sincerely appreciate your honesty about both the functional quality of our software and your frustration with the login requirement. We understand that having to sign in repeatedly can feel inconvenient. The sign-in is in place to ensure that your license is validated securely and to enable seamless access to your synced preferences and cloud features across devices. However, we recognize that this experience hasn't met your expectations for ease of use. Basically, you’ll only need an Internet connection for software activation the first time you open PDFelement desktop software. After that, you’ll be able to work offline with ease. You’ll also be asked to log in periodically to verify your credentials every 30 days if you haven't used PDFelement during this period. We are constantly working to improve our security and user experience, and your feedback is invaluable for that process. If you continue to experience issues staying signed in, please contact us via in-app Feedback, and we will be happy to assist you personally. Thank you again for your candid feedback.
