I tried contacting the company regarding this issue, but to no avail—there was no response. I bought the Peacock Hand-Made Guilloché Tourbillon Watch in Sky blue. My first purchase from them. The purchase process was simple. Arrived on time. The presentation box is awesome. Teal blue inner/outer box. The watch is simply gorgeous from the pineapple Guilloché in sky blue, to the Coaxial Tourbillon. Even the Côtes de Genève style finishing is nice and what I love more is the movement is the dial, which is unique and cool. From a pricing perspective it can't be beat especially being a Tourbillion. Tourbillions are usually priced in the $8K - $40K range.
