Booking process is pretty easy and quick. The price and experience selections are quite competitive to other sites and I love that we can use our Singapore airline points for these. However contacting customer service is really hard because I was stuck in a loop of bots and couldn't get out and didn't hear back as promised (24hrs response from a real human). All and all, recommended for refundable services but not others because help is not going to come even when you need it. ### ★★★★★ Easy to use - Bert · 2026-10-24 Easy to use, provide information to book and payment. Fulfillment of service was also good. Perhaps a suggestion for any day trips should also indicate all itinerary as half of the stops were not listed and were sort of "shopping" stops BUT they were not overly irrelevant or bad. ### ★★★★★ Worked correctly - G Barlow · 2026-10-23 ### ★★★★★ Tix were distributed well - RYAN · 2026-10-23 ### ★★★★★ Fantastic - Zack · 2026-10-22 Fantastic!
