Hi Miranda, thanks so much for the review and for being a customer! Point taken on the pricing. If you don't mind me sharing, as a counterpoint, the 14x testing we do on every new batch is about 10 times more costly than the standard 3x testing most companies offer. We test up to 27 units per batch where most are 1-3 units. Our monthly analytical lab bill is $50,000 per month, $600,000 per year. Also we take a hit on products that fail to pass our extremely rigorous testing which we have to dispose of (and lose money on the testing and product). That strict attention to quality unfortunately drives up the costs of our products. Interestingly enough we have some customers who worry we're too cheap and are our products quality.
