Thank you for the kind review and thank you for your business!

Thank you for sharing your positive experience!

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience, Herbert, and thanks for your openness in talking with me in the following days/week about the record you expected to see. As we've already discussed, I also looked directly at the county records site, but was unable to find a reportable criminal record, only a civil case and a criminal record that was voided and thus can't be reported. With the information we have today we don't see any discrepancy between the country records site and what we're allowed to report under federal law, but I'm always happy to deep dive individual questions like this and happy to continue exploring this one if you wish! Thanks, Travis

I regret to hear that you had an uncomfortable experience, and given our industry I understand why you feel the way you do. In case it's comforting to know, I only had your information because you shared your contact information with us in the first stage of your account registration. As discussed during our phone conversation, we're bound by federal law (the Fair Credit Reporting Act) and thus can't access any data without the subject's written consent. As you were looking to complete a check without the subject's consent, I hope the advice I shared about consumer-grade background check companies that aren't required to comply with the FCRA was helpful for your needs. While yes, we are a for-profit business, our primary strategy in winning business is to offer unrivaled service with integrity. Privacy is extremely important to me and an integral part of how we operate Perfect Fit. We all have our own experiences, and by sharing them publicly it helps keep folks accountable. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience to contribute to the important role that reviews play in encouraging good business practices! Best, Travis Reiter, Owner
