Hi Jaylyn, Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand that you used reorder feature; however, it appeases that an incorrect order was selected from your purchase history. You have selected an order placed in March 2025. When you choose the Reorder option, you are presented with a list of previous orders to select from, along with the full details of each order. We recommend reviewing the order details carefully before finalizing the purchase. As per our policy we are unable to accept opened items for return. The 15% discount, which was part of our promotion at that time, was offered by our staff.
