We’re sorry for the trouble you faced. The situation you described is not how our platform is intended to be used, and we review such reports carefully. The contact fee helps reduce scam activity, but we understand your concern. Please report this seller to our support team so we can investigate. We also advise users to avoid deposits and move forward only after meeting the pet in person or through a video call. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve platform safety. 我们都向 Petzlover.com 做了深入的报道。 (2026-01-20): Hi Annc, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and truly understand how upsetting this must have been. We do take reports seriously and regret that you did not receive a clear follow-up. Please contact our support team again with your report details so we can review the case and take action. We always advise users not to send money before meeting the pet in person or through a video call. Thank you for sharing your experience. Your feedback helps us improve. (2026-01-20): Hi Dee zulty, Thank you so much for your kind words ❤️ We’re happy to know our guidance has been helpful and that Petzlover is supporting pet lovers in finding wonderful pets.
