PhotoBooth Online

Here is a polite American English version of your response: --- Hello, We're sorry that our service wasn't able to handle your photos successfully. Unfortunately, if the recommended guidelines for taking photos aren't followed, the results may be less than ideal, as the final quality heavily depends on the source material. I wasn't able to find any support requests from you in our system. When customers do reach out, we always do our best to assist them and, within the scope of the paid order, help redo the photos. It's regrettable that you didn't contact us directly. We're truly sorry for the disappointment. Sincerely, The Customer Care Team at Photobooth.online

Hello, We're truly sorry that you found yourself in this situation and that our contractor let everyone down regarding the photo delivery timelines. With the help of our support team, I was able to locate your two inquiries. A refund for both orders was issued a few hours ago — our support team just hasn't had a chance to notify you yet. The refund will take a few business days to process through your bank, and unfortunately, that part is beyond our control. Once you confirm that the funds have been returned, we would greatly appreciate an update to your review. Sincerely, The Customer Care Team at Photobooth.online

Hello, We're sorry that your expectations of our service didn't fully align with reality. If the service didn't meet your needs, we will issue a refund. When that happens, we would greatly appreciate an update to your review. Sincerely, The Customer Care Team at Photobooth.online

Hello, We're sorry that your expectations of our service didn't fully match reality. I will review our listings to make sure there is no mention of the service being free, as photo processing is not offered at no cost. If any inaccuracies are found, they will be corrected. Thank you for your feedback! Sincerely, The Customer Care Team at Photobooth.online
