I am a magnet for mosquitoes. I would sit right next to the device, and still get mosquito bites. I asked to return it for being a useless device. The main issue is that you would send emails for every step of the delivery process (which I liked very much), but the description / info revealed in the updates were very vague. I just to had to rely on faith that the product would eventually arrive at my house. You need to add more specific info to your email updates. Thank goodness that there wasn't any delivery problems.
