I initially had concerns regarding my payout process, which took longer than expected. However, after communication with the support team, the issue was resolved and my payment was completed. I appreciate that the company followed through in the end.

The first payout request was denied. The reason wasn't really clear. The second request was submitted on March 26, 2026, approved on March 31, 2026, and as of today, April 10, 2026, the payout still hasn't been processed. Support is taking a long time; the last response to my email from April 2 came on April 10 from the “operations team,” but they didn’t resolve the payout issue. So I’m still waiting for the payout...

Hello Vladimir, we had a technical issue that resulted in false account breaches, including yours, which we clearly explained. We recovered your account, along with hundreds of other traders' accounts, and you continued trading afterwards.
I took out an account for 100,000. After the challenge, they sent me an email saying I was trading aggressively and they were cutting my leverage and trading idea volume—from 3% to 1%. Although I tried to keep my risk on open trades to no more than 0.5% at any one time. I'd say I trade actively, not aggressively. But that's a matter of terminology. I tried trading according to their terms and conditions. I made a 5% profit. I decided to request a withdrawal. It's a good thing I didn't continue trading, because they also reduced my payout to 5,000 of my profit. It turned out I misunderstood how the trading idea volume was calculated and went beyond the 1% limit. But I must say they didn't confiscate my account back then; they gave me another try. However, they denied me the opportunity to withdraw all my profits. Although they could, for example, have canceled the results for those trades where this rule was violated. As a result, I just lost my funded acc to daily limit. But I don't regret it because I don't plan to work with them anymore. I'm in the trader chat. The guys there are writing that they're either not getting paid or they're delaying payments for a long time. Even to those who haven't violated any rules. Overall, I was attracted by the marketing, which suggests the company is doing everything to make traders comfortable. But in reality, you feel some restrictions that only hinder you. Probably the most complicated rules that there is in industry, too many different accounts with completely different rules. Rules are worst of all the propfirms. Don't touch any instant accounts, almost impossible to ever get your money back. Stay far away from them.
I worked very hard to pass Phase 1 and Phase 2 of this prop firm challenge. After getting funded, I traded consistently for around 5 months and finally reached the payout stage. However, when I requested my payout, my account was suddenly flagged for device ID issues. I always traded only from my personal PC and mobile phone and never shared my account or used any VPS. Despite following all the rules carefully, my payout of $151.90 USD has still not been processed. This situation has been very frustrating and stressful for me because I invested a lot of time and effort to reach this stage. I hope the company improves its support and verification process so genuine traders do not face such problems in the future.
Thank you for your review. One of our well-documented rules is that traders cannot operate with multiple profiles. We discovered that you were operating and trading with two profiles, which is prohibited and why you were flagged and ultimately terminated from our program.
