Reliable & fast!

Do not buy from Pixco

I ordered two adaptor rings from Pixco. The items never arrived, despite the fact that I paid upfront, as is usual with online orders. They keep on sending me mails to give them feedback on their good service. I have replied to them them that I have not received their goods, but no response, just another mail asking that I rate their service on Trustpilot, hence this writeup. So beware, I would not recommend you buy from them. I do not not really what is going on, its either very bad service or a scam. But anyhow, I spent the money and got nothing in return.

Excellent filter adapter

Excellent filter adapter, fast shipping, huge selection.

He was going for a very long time

He was going for a very long time. The adapter is not bad, but his doesn't work . How to contact the support team is unknown. I'm upset

Reverse Coupling Ring Adapters

I recently bought Male to Male Macro Reverse Coupling Ring Adapters from Pixco and I am impressed. The packaging was top-notch, ensuring safe delivery. The metal rings are of great quality, durable, and a perfect fit. These adapters are easy to use and well-designed, showcasing Pixco's attention to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking reliable and high-quality photography gear!

good product, good service

The adapter is accurate and well constructed. Ordering was easy and shipping from China was fast and inexpensive.

Good quality, tracking of items

Good quality, allows tracking of delivery, slightly long delivery time (17 days)

Defective product

The product I received is defective. I have tried to contact the company several times and to date I haven't received any response...

I HAVE MICRO 4/3 CAMERA SO NEEDED A…

I HAVE MICRO 4/3 CAMERA SO NEEDED A SPEEDBOOSTER TO COPE WITH THE TELELPHOTO EFFECT RESULTING FROM A 4/3 SENSOR. I BOUGHT THE PIXCO .7 AND IT WORKS FINE EXCEPT THAT THEY HAVE NOT THE THREE FIXING SCREWS THAT WOULD ENABLE ROTATING AN ANAMORPHIC LENS SLIGHTLY TO ALIGN PERFECTLY WITH THE PIXCO. AS A RESULT MY ANAMORPHIC WIRE IS NOT VERTICAL AS IT SHOULD BE SO ALL MY FLARES ARE ON AN ANGLE. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL READ THIS AND ADD TE ADJUSTMENT SCREWS SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE.

Very good transaction.Thank you.

Perfect

Fast delivery, easy tracking.

A little too long to wait.

This is the second request for feedback from Pixco on Trustpilot I have received for the same order. I would like to say something positive about the product I purchased and the service I have received but the truth is, it has been 19 days since I bought and paid for my item and I still haven't received it yet. Hopefully it will arrive this week.

Affordable adapter that works perfectly

Adapter was affordable and precisely what I needed. It connects a lens with C/Y mount to a Pentax K-mount camera.

Smooth transaction

Smooth transaction. Fast shipping. Detailed shipping progress was given with the tracking information. Very happy with the service.

The adapter already showed the focus…

The adapter already showed the focus and aperture indicator off-center, like cheap adapters. But much worse, the adapter doesn't lock in the mount. When focusing, it will twist off if not careful. One of the lowest quality adapters I've encountered. I want my money back!

buy elsewhere

do you want an opinion? I have been charged duties and VAT for an amount equal to 50% of what I paid. Maybe to warn you that unlike any other sales platform (like aliexpress), your products did not have VAT and duty coverage. In the end, your shixxy adapter cost me more than I would have paid for it on aliexpress, amazon or the local shop. Disgusted

Purchased Pixco Minolta MD to Fujifilm Speed Booster

Purchased Pixco Minolta MD to Fujifilm XF Speed Booster type focal reducer for my (legendary) Minolta MD 75-150mm f4 zoom. This lens offers prime quality even though a zoom. I am very impressed with this Pixco product. The quality is top notch and the images generated are superb. I now have a light-weight zoom portrait-range lens of 85-170mm at f2.8. I was only hoping for "Good" when I sent my money but Pixco delivered "Great" with this optical piece. Highly recommended.
