Hello Ilhan, I'm sorry if this inconveniences you, but these are terms indicated on the disbursement options even before you set up an account and/or withdraw an amount. The system assumes you accept them once you have (1) signed up, (2) updated your disbursement account, and (3) withdrawn the funds. Hello Tamas, We checked the conversation with the seller and they are assisting you on this, but you have not provided any evidence. You mentioned several times that you have "provided evidence" but there isn't any. Please send that to the seller via chat with them so they can assist with any issues. Up until now, we still do not have information on what makes the order "not as described". We cannot cancel orders if buyers change their mind about it; we need verifiable reason/s that the order isn't as described before the order becomes eligible for a refund. Regards, Richard

It isn't true that you did not receive any response; you have been informed about this. The length of a user's tenure and/or a high user rating does not make them immune from suspensions due to severe infractions. Regards, Richard
