They understood my complaint and were proactive to correct the issue. They offered me compensation in a good gesture and understanding this was not a normal and acceptable situation. Read-on to understand the context. I recently got the Pococo projector with some disk sets for one of my grand kids, and while the product seems of good quality, I tried it, works great. I can't say the same about the care for the packaging, the conditions in which I received the products and customer care. I ordered the projector and 3 disk sets. I received first the projector with an OPEN disk set (no plastic wrapping) and the following day the other disk sets. The first package with the OPEN disk set (no plastic wrapping) was actually put in the shipping box without any filling, so the open box was actually loose. The open box could have opened during transport and set loose the disk containers and why not, the disks themselves. A real lack of care to me! The projector plastic wrapping was ripped in two places and the OPEN disk set box had stains, some dust inside the individual disk container, with hairs, finger prints and some containers was scratched. I did not get any information prior or after shipping about getting a USED disk set, nor in two distinctive deliveries. I was not able to track the parcels. I wrote to customer support immediately, and as I am writing this review, after a second email, 10 days later, I haven't got any reply. Niet, Nada, Rien, Ziltch! While the product may be of good quality (time will talk), I am not impressed so far with customer care ! The rotation did not work. Customer service responded very promptly and offered either a replacement or a full refund. I chose the replacement and it arrived quite quickly and it works beautifully. I love the moon n stars disc pack. It's my fave. I recently ordered the planets. It's amazing. I do wish the planet images were not as huge. I love that I can set a timer, so I don't have to get up and switch it off. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and I enjoy it every evening before bed as it relaxes me. ### ★★☆☆☆ We initially loved our Pococo… - Jade O · 2026-09-05 We initially loved our Pococo projector. It is nearly silent (unlike other kid projectors) and the images were nice. However, quickly an air bubble formed on my son’s favorite disc, causing it to look horrible. I’m hoping all the discs are not this faulty. But the main reason for my two stars is the customer service I’ve received. They noted this was a known issue but didn’t initially offer me a true replacement, only a $5 voucher (which is way less than I paid for the disc?) I had to get in touch with them several times over a month to get them to respond (verrrrry slow response times). And when they finally agreed to replace the disc it never arrived. I reached out several times again and they made me write this review to get my replacement. So far, been waiting 3 months with several follow ups since I first reached out and still no replacement. They listened carefully to my situation and offered a simple and convenient solution that saved me the trouble and expense of returning the unused discs all the way to China. Pictures look like a cheap child's slide projector from the 1960s. Not at all has advertised! Excellent product and customer service to back it up! ### ★★★★★ A tale of two Galaxy projectors - Minnesota teacher · 2026-07-26 I ordered a Galaxy projector for a friend's birthday in March and she has used it every night since. The discs provide beautiful and relaxing images and she has found it helpful in falling asleep. Since she enjoyed her projector so much, I ordered one for my nephew's birthday. Unfortunately, it was was faulty and did not work. However, POCOCO's customer service department was good to work with and sent a replacement. (Note: it took more than a month to resolve things. If you have an issue, just be patient and allow them time to follow their protocols. They were sometimes slow to respond, but they persisted until we had a resolution.)
