I contacted Potrero yesterday and left a message asking for a call back but the end of the day - 24 hours later I still don't have a return phone call. I've had to contact them several times for a status update (naturally since I was expecting my watch last week) rather than them calling or emailing me to let me know what was happening. I haven't received an adequate explanation of why a week later I still don't have my watch. Their website says they pride themselves on their service, but sadly I haven't been on the receiving end of any level of service that I can say anything positive about. Very disappointing... Update: I called again last week and left another message asking customer service to call me back and STILL no reply. The website has now been down for several days as well. I was supposed to receive a refund of my shipping costs due to the delays and that hasn't been processed over a week later. A refund of my shipping is the bare minimum I am due for the hassle. I chuckle as I read the replies some posters have gotten to "feel free to call customer service" since you can't actually reach a human being. I did finally receive the watch, although the band size is smaller than advertised and I now have to pay for extra links which will add probably another $1K in expense. Everyone screws up and it's how you deal with it that determines if I will do business with you again.
