### ★★★★☆ Excellent experience
- Lani Ce · 2026-04-26

Excellent service : excellent follow-up, disponibility, very useful infos
Guides and bus drivers : punctual, amicable, helpful
Suggestions: alternate days with intense visits and more relaxing days (i got very tired within the first few days) ; recruit French or English speaker guides with a minimum B2 level (European scale) and a deep knowledge of history and/or architecture (Guides chosen in Beijing and Pingyao are good examples) ;make sure that the guides lead us to authentic neighborhoods and shops rather than “tourist-trap” shops (ex: clay/jade/nacre factory in Xi’an) ; check in advance if there is at least one good English speaker in the hotels ( Pingyao is an excellent example)
All in all, I had a wonderful experience, and I thank Prelude Voyages for that!

### ★★★★★ Flawless Guilin Trip with a Wonderful Guide
- JUAN MANUEL GARCIA-HORRILLO RU · 2026-04-22

We had an excellent experience with the agency that organized our visits in Guilin from April 1st to April 3rd. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
Despite our late arrival due to a flight delay, they adapted seamlessly to our schedule and made everything easy for us. They were extremely helpful at all times and took great care of every detail.
The transportation was flawless, and the excursions were truly impressive. Every visit was well organized and memorable.
A special mention goes to our guide, Helen, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this agency to anyone visiting Guilin.

### ★★★★★ Lovely Trip in Guilin and its surroundings
- PierreG · 2025-01-07

I booked a last-minute 5-day trip with my sister through Prélude Voyages to explore Guilin and its surroundings. Zoé's expertise and attention to detail made our trip truly exceptional. She arranged wonderful accommodations for us in Longji, Yangshuo, and Guilin, and secured a kind and reliable chauffeur to make our travels seamless.

Although no English-speaking guides were available (because we booked too late), Zoé went above and beyond to find us a warm and lovely local Chinese guide in Longji, which added an authentic touch to our experience.

Zoé’s dedication didn’t stop there—she checked in with us daily to ensure everything was running smoothly and even provided us with clear, step-by-step plans for the days we didn’t have a guide. Her efforts truly elevated our trip, making it unforgettable. I highly recommend Prélude Voyages and Zoé for anyone seeking a well-organized and personalized travel experience!
