With gratitude, The Premier Lace Wigs Team ### ★☆☆☆☆ 不是人发假发！！！！！！ (2025-09-03): Hi Caroline, we have been in this line since the year of 1995 and we have thousands of clients around the world . we only sell 100% human hair wigs , we don't even sell synthetic hair wigs. how do you know it is synthetic hair? If you can send the proof to show it is synthetic hair, we can pay you $1000000 USD . (2024-05-08): Hi Nkolika Onye, we are really very sorry for your dissatisfaction, we will make further improvement on the quality and service. have a good day. (2024-05-09): Hi Rebecca, we are really very sorry for your dissatisfaction, we will make further improvement on the quality and service. have a good day. (2023-11-18): Hi D Plummer, we are really very sorry for that , please send your order number , let me check and help you Hi D Plummer Yes I see your order now, according to our return policy, you need to pay the return shipping fee by yourself , it is not only for you, it's for all customers , hope you can understand. Do you still want to return the wig ? Hi D Plummer I have checked again your order, the wig was correct and we didn't send a wrong wig to you. so you need to pay the return shipping fee if you want to return it . hope you can understand. (2023-08-01): Hi Janice, thanks for your feedback. It's your first time buying a human hair wig right? I understand you usually wear synthetic wigs and synthetic wigs are inexpensive. I admit human hair wigs are not as full as synthetic wigs and sometimes synthetic wigs even look better. so I suggest you keep wearing synthetic wigs in the future. We will do refund for you and you can just return it, you don't have to worry about that. please just email us some pictures to show the wig is still brand new and the lace is uncut off, then we will send our return address. when we receive your return wig, will do refund for you.
