Great service. It not only offers a large list of file hosters, but also Torrent and Usenet as additional download methods and even more (VPN, VoIP, ...). It is already integrated with many apps and platforms by itself, but it even offers an API to automate downloading or to expand integration. My only wish is that it should support Share-Online and Rapidgator again.
Premiumize.me offers a lot more then I really need, and it comes included in the original price. For no extra fee additional services are being added and it's being greatly appreciated. I have had no major issues so far, and only once when I contacted the support it was helpful and I was granted extra subscription for the troubles.
The best customer focused debrid service I ever had. I signed up for a year even though it was bit pricey than the other debrid service I was using, but I liked the extra features and furthermore was not impressed with customer service of other debrid service, whose replies were ‘childish’ to be put mildly. Anyways I am based in New Zealand and upon signing up I discovered I wasn’t getting optimal speeds( being so far from rest of the world😅). So I warily contacted premiumize customer service expecting nothing based on my experience with other debrid service. But boy I was in for a surprise. Not only premiumize customer service was friendly and professional they went out of their way to help. Within one week of me contacting them they put a server in Sydney and I am getting lightning fast transfers. Can’t praise them enough. You get what you pay for but in this case everything is worth every cent. Very impressed!
Been a customer for 5 or more years. Nothing involving computers is ever perfect, the important thing is to have a supplier who reacts to customer issues and provides resolution. I stupidly deleted something in error but Premiumize.me came to my assistance and happily the problem is solved.
Fast, easy and secure downloading of Torrents and the VPN works great.
Honestly one of the best Multihosters on the market. Great features, good prices, especially during the specials. So far everything worked perfectly for me and if not the support is great as well
Great service, very rarely do I have problems streaming my media. Very consistent and diverse package of services.
I am very happy with Premiumize.me. I am using there Rest API for a long time without any problems.
Premiumize is an outstanding service that works flawlessly. The level of commitment they have in making sure there customers are satisfied is phenomenal! I definitely recommend giving them a try you won't be disappointed.
works great, and has been for many years. I am happy
Easy to use, if you understand how ;-)
Good offering and responsive customer service. I use the service for several years and I am satisfied. I particularly enjoy torrent downloading and newsgroup downloading.
Long time customer, very happy with the service using mostly the cloud torrent/usenet. Also great support team :)
Nice service, easy to use.
Most of the file hosts no longer work please try again later.. gets a bit much after a while go elsewhere they have gone down hill this year well below par will not be renewing. Torrent downloads works about 7 out of ten so at least its not a total loss.
Have been a pretty happy user of this service and even extended for a few years. But now I'm very sorry that I did that, as their recent UI changes and TOS have become very restrictive and frankly makes service not very user-friendly. Be very aware that as of Jan '18, they've severely limited their cloud downloads to max of 10 downloads at a time without any queuing ability. This was a big change from their previous policy and advertisements touting cloud downloads of torrents and nzbs. Their customer service will hide behind the fineprint that they can change their TOS at anytime to restrict what they previously claimed as their advantage of cloud download abilities. Also their UI now as part of new year's update is really messed up (waiting for fixes to be put in), but it is really sucky currently.
Have used them before and rate them highly although they are more expensive than some others. One thing i do like is payment can be made with paypal but if you do use it the price does go up slightly.
