Emails show shipping from USA PayPal paid out immediately I reported them. I'm still getting emails saying it's on it's way. 4th January the parcel was in Lincoln. First the delivery was very delayed. Second when I read an article from MalwareTips Forum(Malwaretips.com) this store tag as a scammer, unfortunately it’s too late for me to read their article. Third I ordered a gift for a child the “Rescuer”, when I received it, it’s completely different from what they are advertising, the material was very cheap it’s a thin carton paper. And was very disappointed because the item has a missing part, unfortunately the important part which is the story book of the item. I wanted to return for a replacement or refund. They said if I return it, I’ll be the one paying for the return cost, why is it me paying for their negligence. They didn’t replace it or offer to send the missing part. But, contrary to the description, it is not wooden but made of paper/card! And there is no story book with it to make sense of the items in the drawers. I am going through the complaints procedure to get a full refund. There does seem to be a legitimate wooden product out there sold by Amazon among others, but this is a pale and incomplete imitation.
