Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the straightforward ordering process and appreciate the secure packaging that carefully protects their personal privacy. Many people also note that the website is very easy to navigate and provides clear, helpful information about the ingredients and benefits. Some reviewers were not happy with unexpected billing practices, noting unwanted subscription charges and automatic renewals. Consumers also mentioned that customer support was difficult to reach when trying to resolve these issues and shipping often took longer than expected. A few individuals experienced delays with their packages arriving from overseas rather than domestic locations.

I enjoyed the ease of use of the website for the purpose of getting the product I wanted. I didn't like the additional deal offers piling on so heavily as I got closer to my final purchase. It made me feel like the product I am purchasing isn't as reliable without additional supplements.

If I could give them a negative review a negative star -500 I have canceled my subscription. I never wanted a subscription. I have emailed I have complained and yet they keep charging my car. They are scam artist they are thieves. Do not use this company. They are bad all the way around their product doesn’t work. I canceled over three months ago and every month they charge my card and send me another bottle of crap that doesn’t work even though I don’t want it I have canceled.
Hi Joshua! We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating repeated charges after a cancellation request can be. 😔 We’d like to review your account and billing history to understand what happened and make sure your concerns are properly addressed. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the product itself. We’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations, and we take your concerns seriously. 🙏 Primal Storm
The customer support was better than I expected. I had a question before ordering and the reply sounded human instead of copied and pasted. They explained things clearly and didn’t push me into buying anything. That kind of support makes a big difference.
Hi Bodhi! Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! 😊 We’re glad to hear our customer support team was able to answer your questions clearly and provide a genuine, personalized experience. We believe customers should feel informed and comfortable with their purchase without feeling pressured. 🙏 We truly appreciate your kind words and your trust in us! ✨ Primal Storm
I saw ads about fake primal storm products from china, only to see my order is coming from China as well. It’s been over a week since I ordered, it is still showing in China. This is a disappointing experience, I would have expected some notification of a long waiting period for shipping. The last product I used was combined and packaged in the US. This product offered a better price, I’m not sure it’s going to be worth the wait.
Hi Wes! Thank you for sharing your concerns. 😔 We completely understand why seeing your order shipped from China would be concerning, especially after seeing ads about counterfeit Primal Storm products. We’re sorry that the shipping time and tracking experience were not clearer upfront. We understand that a longer wait can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience while your order is in transit. 📦🙏 We hope your order arrives soon and that, once received, you’ll feel that the product was worth the wait. Thank you for giving Primal Storm a chance. 💪✨ Primal Storm
I like the product. When I take it in the morning the stimulation is almost distracting (good thing), when I take it at night, I can’t sleep on my stomach like I usually do (good thing)
Hi Moe! Thank you for sharing your experience! 😊 We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the product and noticing a positive difference. We appreciate you taking the time to share those details, and we’re happy that your experience so far has been a good one. 🙌💪✨ Primal Storm

The ingredient list was the deciding factor for me. I prefer standardized botanical extracts and a formula that feels more complete. The brand also explains the product in a way that feels clear and easy to understand. That made me more comfortable placing the order.
Hi Chandler! Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback! 😊 We’re glad to hear that the ingredient list and clear product information helped you feel more comfortable placing your order. We appreciate that you value a well-rounded formula and transparency when choosing a wellness product. 🌿💪 Thank you for giving Primal Storm a chance, and we hope you have a great experience! 🙏✨ Primal Storm
It was easy ordering what I wanted, only slight issue i did have was I didn't appreciate how before my order went through, I was directed to other products they were trying to have me add to my order. I had to deny each product until there were no more to offer in order for my purchase to finally be accepted. I don't think that's good business, I almost canceled my whole order out just because of that. All in all though I gave it 4 stars, could've had 5 had it not been for all that extra nonsense.
Hi Shawn! Thank you for sharing such detailed and honest feedback! 😊 We’re glad the ordering process itself was easy, but we’re sorry the additional offers made you feel pressured and almost caused you to cancel your order. 😔 We understand that these offers can be frustrating when you simply want to complete your purchase. The additional products are entirely optional, and we appreciate you pointing out that the experience could be smoother. Your feedback is valuable and will help us improve the checkout process. 🙏✨ Thank you for still giving us 4 stars and for giving Primal Storm a chance! 💪😊 Primal Storm
Been taking your product three tablets a day for last 2 weeks no change I still had the same energy as I did before rock hard in the mornings nope not even close excited during intimacy nope not even close so basically your product is not doing what you promoted to do So basically you're telling me I just wasted $100 on your product which basically we consider false advertising
Hi George! Thank you for sharing your honest experience. We’re sorry to hear that after two weeks of taking the recommended three capsules daily, you haven’t noticed the changes you were hoping for. We understand how disappointing that can be, especially when you purchased the product expecting to see a difference. 😔 We appreciate you giving Primal Storm a try and taking the time to share this feedback. Everyone can respond differently to supplements, and we understand that the product may not meet everyone’s expectations. 🙏 Primal Storm
