Hi Mona! Thank you so much for the kind review :) We are so glad that the dress fits perfectly! Don't forget to tag us Instagram @promheadquarters
Hi Mark! We are sorry that your order could not be fulfilled. The prom and formal industry have limited stock since the styles only last 4-6 months. With peak prom season among us, sizes and styles are constantly being ordered, changing our over 1,000 dress inventories daily. Some customers order with enough time to re-cut the dress which takes about 3-4 months. We informed you that your dress was out of stock and a full refund was performed. We take pride in taking care immediately of our customers and the status of their orders so we can find together a similar dress or cancel the order and issue immediately the refund. Again, we are so sorry about this and hope to have you as a customer again in the future!
Thank you so much for the kind words!

Thank you for the 5-Strar review. We are thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful customer service experience. Thank you for being a valued customer.
Thank you for the review. We are very happy to hear that you had a great customer service experience when ordering your dress from the prom headquarters. Couture gowns normally have a heavier price tag and as for the stones that came off, we could have repaired this for you if purchased in our store. We are so pleased to hear that your daughter loves her dress! We appreciate and value your business.
Thank you for the starry review! We appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback. We are looking forward to serving you again in the future.
Thank you so much for your kind words! Its customers like you that make us love what we do here at prom headquarters. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again in the future.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again in the future.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are so pleased to hear that you loved the dress and that you had a great customer service experience here at prom headquarters.
Thank you for the 5-star review! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your customer service experience and that you were delighted with the dress!
