### ★☆☆☆☆ WORD OF WARNING…
- Lee-Ann H. · 2026-09-16

WORD OF WARNING…. Don’t buy from this online store. It. Is a total scam. Ordered a product in May 2026. I was giving a tracking number but the parcel apparently got so far then there was no more update tracking information. I in QLD Australia. The last I saw my parcel was in WA Australia which is the total opposite side of the country. I constantly wrote to their customer service but they just kept tell me to wait. It has now been4 months. I have now received an email stating the parcel was delivered, to which I promptly replied, where to, as I have not received a thing. So now i have received another email that they have refunded my money, which is yet another lie. I have now waited one month for my refunded which has never been placed back into my account.

I can’t warn you enough about this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, IF YOU DONT WHAT TOPAY FOR SOMETHING THAT NEVER ARRIVES.

Very Angry Customer

### ★☆☆☆☆ **Very poor product and they refused to properly address my refund request**
- Octopus Films · 2026-08-15

My experience with PSLOYPRECIATE has been extremely disappointing.

I placed an order and realised almost immediately that I wanted to cancel it. I contacted them within approximately **two minutes**, but they told me it was already too late to stop the shipment.

Their customer service then specifically told me to wait until the product arrived, inspect it, and that if I still didn't want it I should contact them and they would help me.

When it arrived, the product was extremely poor quality and, in my opinion, looked nothing like the product presented in the Facebook advertising. The finish looked very amateurish.

I contacted them, supplied photographs and requested a full refund. Instead of properly addressing my complaint or providing return instructions, I received generic responses such as:

“We're so sorry for your dissatisfaction, but please kindly understand that we have tried our best to offer you all the best solutions.”

That does not resolve the issue.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that I tried to cancel almost immediately, was told to wait for the product and contact them after receiving it, and then when I did exactly that, I could not obtain the refund I requested.

I have now had to pursue the matter through my card provider.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

### ★★★★★ I like how they updated my delivery…

I like how they updated my delivery process and it came fairly quickly. The size was a little smaller than a normal small, but it is fine

### ★☆☆☆☆ This is a bit of a SCAM site
- Jim Andreae · 2026-06-25

This is a bit of a SCAM site. Whats advertised is not exactly what you will receive and I was overcharged and had to fight and file a claim with my CC company.
