Hi Dianne! Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your gifting plans for your PomPoms! I hope your grandson loves them! Merry Christmas!
Hi Ashlee! Thank you so much for your kind words! We are so glad that you love your PunkinFutz products! Quality is extremely important to us. We strongly believe that the reason for our high quality is our adaptive workforce. Every PunkinFutz employee has a very personal relationship to the products we produce. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our products. It means a great deal to all of us!
Hi Stephanie! I greatly appreciate your taking the time to write a review! We designed our vest specifically to empower the user to take it on and off. Most users adjust the shoulders and sides once, but use the front opening continually. We also have a child on the spectrum, which is why we designed a vest that is not neoprene, gives agency to the wearer and allows for playful self-expression. I hear in your response that you feel strongly about ABA and I appreciate your sharing your concerns with us. It is important that we continually review the language we use and the way it effects people. We did not intend to endorse ABA therapy. We used ABA in a product description, so that our products would appear in broader search term results. We in no way want to promote any therapy that does not fully embrace people on the spectrum! Thank you for bringing this to my attention. We have removed the language. We hope your son continues to love his PunkinHug!
！😊 PunkinFutz 太棒了！！
Hi S. Job! Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to review our products! We are so happy that your children love them! By using our products you are supporting adaptive employment for over 35 adults! Thank you!
Hi Lauren! Thank you so much for your kind words! We strongly believe there is a cause and effect relationship between the way we employ (fully adaptive) and the quality of our products. Our employees really care about the quality of their work. It's a total win-win! Thank you so much for your support!
Hi Natalie! Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback. It really means a lot to us. We are so glad that your students love their PomPoms! They continue to be one of our best sellers!
Thank you so much for the kind words, Kelly! We are so glad that your son enjoys using our products! Our adaptive employment is central to our mission at PunkinFutz. We believe our products are higher quality, because everyone at PunkinFutz has a personal commitment to the community we serve.
Thanks, Jasmine! Those luggage tags are based upon our best selling PomPoms and they are my personal favorite fidget! I am so glad you enjoy it! Thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback!
Susan Straut Collard
Thank you so much Susan! We love the teachers and administration at the Dillon Child Study Center! Your wonderful, play-based program is a perfect fit for our products. We look forward to our ongoing relationship with Dillon, its families and its faculty.
Hi Julia! We absolutely agree! We greatly appreciate your taking the time to provide us this feedback! I am so sorry that you did not have a good experience with our PunkinHugs. All of our products are unconditionally guaranteed, so we would be happy to send you the correct size at no cost. We will reach out via email to get you the correct size immediately. Thank you for letting us know. Best regards, Lisa Radcliffe (CEO)
Thank you so much for your kind words, Bonnie! We are so glad you love your PunkinPlaySpace!
