Thank you for choosing Purebred Kitties! (2026-07-15): Hi Claudio, We are truly sorry for your loss and extend our sincere condolences. We will be reaching out to you via text message or email to discuss your concerns further. If you have any additional veterinary records, laboratory results, or supporting documentation that has not yet been submitted, please email them to adopt@purebredkitties.com so our medical and compliance team can review them promptly. Again, we are sincerely sorry for your loss, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. (2026-07-14): Thank you so much for your kind review! ❤️ We're so happy to hear you appreciated our communication and updates throughout the adoption process. We wish you and your kitten a lifetime of happiness! (2026-07-14): Thank you for your kind review! We're delighted that Gavin settled in so quickly and that you had a great adoption experience. We wish you both many happy years together! (2026-07-13): We are truly sorry for the loss of Canelo and extend our heartfelt condolences to your family. We understand how deeply painful this has been. We take your concerns seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly. We will be reaching out to you via the email address and phone number associated with your adoption so we can discuss your concerns further. Again, we are deeply sorry for your loss and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. (2026-07-06): Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the health concerns your kitten experienced after arriving. His health and well-being are very important to us, and we're glad to hear he is now doing well and has such a loving home. All of our kittens receive veterinary care and are examined before travel. We're so happy your first kitten adoption was a smooth and enjoyable experience. It was our pleasure to keep you updated and answer your questions along the way. Thank you for your recommendation, and we wish you and your new fur baby many happy years together! (2026-06-25): We're very sorry to hear about your experience and the stress this situation has caused. We understand how concerning it must have been to discover your kitten's condition and have her undergo surgery so soon after arriving home. Please send the veterinary records to adopt@purebredkitties.com so our team can review the case. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and wish your kitten a full and speedy recovery. (2026-06-25): Thank you so much for your kind words! ❤️ We're thrilled to hear that you had a great experience and that your Oriental Shorthair kitten arrived happy, healthy, and full of sweetness. Thank you for trusting Purebred Kitties! (2026-06-25): Thank you so much for your wonderful review and recommendation! ❤️ We're thrilled to hear that you had a great experience and found the perfect cat.
