We had an extremely disappointing experience working with PurpleFire. Despite promising measurable results and a guaranteed ROI, they failed to deliver even the minimum level of service expected. Communication was inconsistent, deadlines were missed repeatedly, and the quality of their work was very poor.

After several months of wasted resources and no tangible improvements, we had no choice but to terminate the collaboration. Worse yet, they continued invoicing us for months after the contract was ended, without providing any services.

This company did not meet their contractual obligations, and their handling of the situation was highly unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before working with them.
