The delivery was fast and without any problems. What I disliked, it that the Protection covers are sold out. I expect when I buy an new expensive umbrella, that I can also order the Protection cover again UV, rain and snow. ### ★★★★★ Everything went out Fine - Anne H. · 2026-09-17 · 已验证 ### ★★★★☆ Sun-umbrella looks very good - Guido Schlüter · 2026-09-16 · 已验证 Sun-umbrella looks very good and is in good quality, Lightning works very nice, the support-team is friendly and with very quick respond, transport package was good (no Transport damage). Cover for sun-umbrella was delivered in wrong size, but we received very fast a replacement in the right size. By using a ground sleeve the high of the sun-roof (I use size 3,65x3,65 meter) is a litte bit too low (headroom) and should be appr. 6-8 inch higher. Therefore I build an adapter to bring the umbrella in a comfortable high, unfortunately with additional effort. ### ★★★★★ The quick delivery and the quality of… - Thomas Wiesenmüller · 2026-08-17 · 已验证 The quick delivery and the quality of the umbrella's stuff. ### ★★★★★ Friendly and fast support - Tanja · 2026-08-13 · 已验证 Friendly and fast support, thank you! ### ★★★★★ Super Quality - Martin · 2026-08-10 · 已验证 Super Quality, fair Price and prompt Delivery. ### ★★★★★ Super Service - Petra Fries · 2026-08-06 · 已验证 > 商家回复 (2026-08-11): Super Bewertung – ein riesiges Dankeschön dafür! Quality of the umbrella looks good. Wanted to use a ground base foundation. At the time I have ordered the umbrella it was not clear that purpleleaf is offering the respective steal foundation piece. The explanation ( no German version available) how to build the foundation properly was not clear. Furthermore I could not find some important information about how to position the umbrella ( eg. distance to the nearest house, distance between terrace and the lowest point of the umbrella. > 商家回复 (2026-08-05): Hallo, vielen Dank für das Feedback zu unserer Qualität und der schnellen Lieferung. During assembling found that the short wire /cable for the led is kinked and torn. I have to fix it with electric plastic tape. For such an expensive item this should not happen in any case...this little fault will leave a bitter aftertaste for the whole Thing... > 商家回复 (2026-07-14): Hallo, es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie diese negative Erfahrung gemacht haben.
