I consulted 5 different companies, the first thing that stood out with Purrfect Pilots was they recognised Teagen was a valuable family member, not a cargo crate. They prepared the most comprehensive quotation explaining every detail including the preparation work I needed to do with the vet in respect of rabies tests. Their pricing was extremely competitive and fair for what they did. They worked out a route for me with a direct flight to Paris and had their European staff collect me at the door of the plane and take Teagen and I to London by Car / van. Their documentation required for immigration was so perfect the immigration staff immediately knew everything was in order and laughed and joked with us - Well I had saved Teagen the fat off the lamb from the meal on the plane!! Jenn and Emelie were absolutely brilliant, to be honest, they delivered far far more than I expected, as I’m disabled they made sure staff were on hand to handle all our 7 cases and Teagen’s big crate. Jenn and Emelie have become friends that we shall stay in touch with, it was really like we are part of a doggie family. I recommend them wholeheartedly, having moved a few times, they stand head and shoulders above the competition. ### ★★★★★ Good pet relocation service! - Hans N · 2024-07-22 ### ★★★★★ Highly recommend for pet travel Purrfect Pilots - Bo Rey · 2024-07-20 Highly recommend for pet travel services , they will guide you through the process cleared and professional Thank you ### ★★★★★ They are great help during the… - Eric · 2024-07-20 They are great help during the stressful time for me worrying about the relocation of my pet ### ★★★★★ Traveled from UK to Singapore. - Jessica Soon · 2024-07-19 Good service provided by them. ### ★★★★★ Wonderful help from the team in… - charlotte yap · 2024-07-18 Wonderful help from the team in assisting me with the documents for my pet travelled to France .
