Worst site ever!!!! Trying to get the detail so I can return my items and get a refund has been painful!!! Wish I read the reviews first

Avoid the Company. They advertised a product , sent a different , cheap Home stitched product and when I complained, they wrote back back with a reply to return it and pay for postage and they will give my money back once they’ve inspected it.!

WARNING...DO Not Buy from this Bait & Switch Company. I ordered a Casual Tie-up 100% Cotton T-Shirt from Qizicha, what I received was nothing like what was pictured. Received oversized 100% POLYESTER cheaply made top with a polyester belt, everything about it was cheap. When I contacted company they offered 15% discount...did not want even if free. They sent address to send return to China, I would be responsible for cost of mailing both ways, which far exceeded cost of top. Wish I would have read reviews before ordering!

The dresses I received were not even…

The dresses I received were not even the style of dress in the photo of what I ordered. I got completely different clothing and different colors. The dresses are made from such cheap fabric and poorly made and not made to fit the western body shape at all. So disappointing as I was expecting something phenomenal. Their customer service is terrible too. They refuse to correct anything or refund anything

This is a scam. I got the wrong skirt sent and the wrong size. Trying to return it is a joke. Don’t waste your money. They are a scam .

Do not order at Qizicha!

bought a beautiful cotton skirt and received a polyester thing not looking at all as advertised. If you want to return it, you have to send it back to China on your own expense. In the end I managed to get a refund of 25%. Probably they still made profit on it.

No words absolute poop

I didn’t receive what was advertised, poor quality different design absolutely humongous, no confirmation email with order number, difficult to return. I contacted them and they said 30 days to return from order date. I ordered 4th April received 2 weeks later, asking how to return but prolonging the process. No policy on returns or refund. I was told tags on to be returned but they never had tags on.

This place is a total scam!!!! I really hope that all of these reviews are seen by an organization that will shut them down. I ordered something that after it arrived was completely a different size not the same material not even the same style. When I contacted them, they gave me a runner mill, and I would suggest that no one buy anything from this company. I sure hope law-enforcement catches up with them because it is so wrong and so deceiving for them to advertise something that is completely the opposite.

This company deserves NO stars

This company deserves no stars. Worst quality, worst fit, they should be ashamed of themselves to even sell this merchandise. Their clothing looks nothing like the photos. They must've sewn the clothing on their models because you cannot even get their shirts over your head because they're so out of proportion. I donated every piece to Good Will. DON'T be a fool like me! Read the reviews before you buy!!!

SCAM ALERT!!!!! I wish I had better researched reviews before ordering. I didn’t receive what I ordered. Not the correct style not to mention the poor quality and fit was not at all correct. And as others have said, returns are at your expense and the hoops you have to jump through make it impossible. Save your money and NO NOT ORDER!

I place a order got it 4-14-2026 The red pant I ordered was a extra small could not get one leg in them I order a xl which is a 12-14 and they say xL NOT also the white lien top is a small also and the lien 2 piece is not the style I order a $135. Gone to waste I have try to send them a email for return and credit they have yet to respond to me I should have look @ the reviews. Never again I learn my lesson.

An absolute scam! Do not purchase from them! I received the wrong item and when I asked them to exchange it they wanted me to foot the bill for the return when it was THERE error! Also, the wrong item they sent was extremely poor quality! Save your money!

Qizicha is a complete scam! Clothes are expensive and look nothing like the photographs on their webpage! Materials used are quite different as well. It’s just junk. Be warned! Deserves no stars at all.

This company is an absolute 100% scam. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with my experience and honestly, I’m just as angry at myself for not checking the reviews beforehand. First, the quality of the clothing is terrible, far worse than SHEIN, yet you’re paying triple the price for items that look nothing like what’s shown on their website. The materials feel cheap, poorly made, and not worth even a fraction of what I paid. Second, their customer service is completely unacceptable. There is no clear shipping or return policy anywhere, which should have been a major red flag. When I reached out to return the items, I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping myself just to receive a partial refund of the $177 I paid. That is outrageous. It gets worse. The return address they provided is not even the same as the original shipping address. Instead, they gave me what appears to be a random residential apartment address in China. This feels incredibly shady and untrustworthy. At this point, I feel like my money has been completely stolen. The worst part is that I ordered the outfits for an upcoming trip that I have and I just wasted $177, there is no real way to recover it. This company is clearly taking advantage of customers who don’t realize what they’re getting into. Someone seriously needs to investigate this company and whoever is behind it. They are scamming people and getting away with it. PLEASEEEE!!! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this business.

100% scam

100% scam. Ordered two items of knitware. Received 2 polyester versions with knitted pattern printed on it. Returns was complex and expensive and they claim they didn’t receive it. No chance of a refund. Gutted. Do not use this site!

This is an absolute scam ! The garment I orderd does not even look like the picture. Instead of it been made form linnen and cotton as they advertised on their website. It was poorly made from very cheap polyester. Never buy from them again.

This site and online retailer is a complete scam - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS! I made a mistake not reading reviews - the dress in bought was extremely poor quality, not as described and they make impossible to return - you have to pay for return shipping and they drag you along so you don’t even have time to return in the required 30 days. Terrible, lesson learned.

I paid $49.99 for GARBAGE

I paid $49.99 for a dress that I feel is GARBAGE. After about a 3 week wait, the dress arrived. NOT cotton, some kind of thin rubbery synthetic, NOT tiered as described, or shown. NOT the bright colors, instead, dull, and terribly printed. NOT belted, as described, and shown, in fact, NO belt! The photo also shows short sleeves, the garbage that arrived had long sleeves. When contacting for refund, 1st, there was NO contact information that I could use, the phone # wouldn't go thru, and the email address could not be found. Finally, I kept looking until I found an email that got the request for return information, and REFUND, and now they will be closed for "holiday" for several days, NO address for, return, just where I should NOT mail it to. This is by far, the WORST company that I have ever dealt with. IF you even have the slightest desire to order from them.....just go flush a $50 bill down the toilet, it would be a faster way to throw your money away, with much less frustration.

I ordered two jumpsuits (125.17 USD) one denim and one cotton linen—but the items I received were made of very poor-quality fabric. The white cotton linen piece is extremely transparent. When I requested a refund, they offered only 15% of the total amount. This feels very misleading and disappointing.
